Morales, who most recently served as director of BBB accreditation, leads the department dedicated to research, analysis and general services for BBB Accredited Businesses. During her time as director, Morales embraced technology to enhance internal financial procedures as well as introduced tangible benefits and discount programs, which improved the organization’s bottom line. In her new role, Morales is responsible for all internal BBB operations. Prior to returning to the organization in 2006, she previously served as BBB’s Office Administrator for four years.
